Himanshu Nigam March 20, 2025 नमस्ते दोस्तों! आज हम इस पोस्ट में बहुत ही आसान भाषा में Advantages of DBMS in Hindi (डी. बी. एम. एस. के लाभ क्या है?) के बारें में पढेंगे और इसके disadvantages को भी देखेंगे, तो चलिए शुरू करते हैं:- Advantage Of DBMS No Data Redundancy and InconsistencyEk hi tarah ke data ka bahut saari jagah nakal (duplication) ko hum Data Redundancy kehte hain. Aur ek tarah ka data alag-alag jagah hone se Data Inconsistency hoti hai, jo storage aur cost badhata hai. Lekin DBMS me humein isse chutkara milta hai. Restricting Unauthorized AccessDBMS me koi bhi user bina anumati ke database ko access nahi kar sakta. Isme DBA (Database Administrator) security badhane aur system ko bina aagya ke access karne se rokne ke liye restrictions ka use karta hai. Data Integrity and SecurityDBMS me security aur integrity (akhandata) ka pura dhyan rakha jata hai. Database me kisi bhi value ko insert karne se pehle kuch conditions satisfy karna zaroori hota hai. Users ko sabhi data access karne ki anumati nahi hoti, jisse data integrity badhti hai. Simple AccessDBMS me database ko aasani se access kiya ja sakta hai. Access ko simple banane ke liye API (Application Programming Interface) ka use kiya jata hai. Data SharingDBMS ka mukhya labh (advantage) Data Sharing Iske madhyam se hum data ko bahut saare users aur applications ke saath share kar sakte hain. Decision MakingDBMS me data ko behtar tareeke se manage kiya ja sakta hai aur data ko aasani se access kiya ja sakta hai. Is wajah se decision making (nirnay lena) bahut aasaan ho jata hai. Data Backup and RecoveryIsme data backup lene ke liye ek mazboot framework hota hai, jisse hum kabhi bhi data ka backup le sakte hain. Users ko khud backup lene ki zaroorat nahi hoti, DBMS khud backup le leta hai. Agar kabhi server down ho jaye, to data easily recover kiya ja sakta hai. Maintenance CostDBMS system ko kharidne ka cost zyada ho sakta hai, lekin maintenance cost bahut hi kam hoti hai. Data LossDBMS me data loss na ke barabar hota hai. Agar hum hazaron saalon tak bhi data store karke rakhein, to bhi data loss nahi hota. Isme security behtar hoti hai aur data storage ka cost kam hota hai, jisse data loss ki sambhavana bahut kam hoti hai. Disadvantage Of DBMS DBMS software aur hardware ka cost bahut zyada hota hai. DBMS ki functionality bahut complex hoti hai. DBMS ka size bahut bada hota hai. Iske components ko lagataar update karna padta hai, jo bahut mushkil hota hai. Agar achanak bijli chali jaye ya database corrupt ho jaye, to important data delete ho sakta hai.

What is DBMS and its types नमस्ते दोस्तों! इस पोस्ट में हम जानेंगे कि DBMS क्या है (What is DBMS in Hindi?), इसके प्रकार, फायदे और नुकसान के बारे में पूरी जानकारी प्राप्त करेंगे। से बहुत ही सरल भाषा में लिखा गया है. आप इसे पूरा पढ़िए, आपको यह आसानी से समझ में आ जायेगा. DBMS in Hindi – DBMS क्या है? DBMS का पूरा नाम Database Management System (डेटाबेस मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम) होता है. DBMS एक सॉफ्टवेयर है जिसका इस्तेमाल डेटाबेस को create करने, delete करने और manage करने के लिए किया जाता है. DBMS बहुत सारें प्रोग्राम का एक समूह है जो यूजर और डेटाबेस के बीच एक इंटरफ़ेस की तरह कार्य करता है. DBMS में बहुत सारीं कमांड होती है जिनकी मदद से यूजर आसानी से डेटाबेस को बना सकता है, डेटाबेस को मैनेज कर सकता है और डेटाबेस को डिलीट कर सकता है. D.B.M.S के द्वारा यूजर निम्नलिखित कार्य कर सकता हैं:– यूजर डेटाबेस को create कर सकता है, डिलीट कर सकता है और मैनेज कर सकता है. यूजर डेटाबेस में डेटा को स्टोर कर सकता है, डेटा में बदलाव कर सकता है और डेटा को डिलीट कर सकता है. यूजर database में मौजूद डेटा को अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार एक्सेस कर सकता है. इसके द्वारा users को डेटाबेस में रजिस्टर और मॉनिटर किया जाता है. Types of DBMS in Hindi – DBMS के प्रकार Hierarchical Database Relational Database Network Database Object-oriented Database NoSQL Database Cloud Database Hierarchical Database Hierarchical Database बहुत पुराना DBMS है इसे 1968 में IBM ने विकसित किया था. Hierarchical डेटाबेस में Parent-Child रिलेशनशिप होती है. इसमें डेटा को tree की तरह के स्ट्रक्चर में स्टोर किया जाता है. उदाहरण के लिए- एक कॉलेज में बहुत सारें course होते हैं, बहुत सारें teacher होते हैं और बहुत सारें student होते हैं. तो इसमें college एक parent हुआ और course, teacher और student उसके child हुए Relational Database रिलेशनल डेटाबेस का अविष्कार 1970 में E.F Codd ने किया था. इसमें डेटा को table में स्टोर किया जाता है और प्रत्येक टेबल में बहुत सारें row और column होते हैं. Table को Relation भी कहते है और प्रत्येक टेबल की row को tuple कहते है. इसमें टेबल की row एक entity को प्रस्तुत करती है तथा टेबल की column एक attribute को प्रस्तुत करती है. रिलेशनल डेटाबेस बहुत ही flexible (लचीला) होता है जिसके कारण इसमें किसी भी प्रकार का बदलाव आसानी से किया जा सकता है. Network Database नेटवर्क डेटाबेस का अविष्कार Charles Bachman (चार्ल्स बचमैन) ने 1969 में किया था। यह hierarchical डेटाबेस का एक एडवांस वर्जन है। नेटवर्क डेटाबेस में data को graph में स्टोर किया जाता है। इसमें एक से ज्यादा parent नोड हो सकते है. अर्थात् इसमें एक ज्यादा parent/child relationship होती है।
